Job Description

Doors Galore is a manufacturer and distributor of industrial, residential and commercial doors, based in JHB Gauteng. The business distributes its products via a branch network located in the main hubs of RSA. The company is looking for an Assistant Branch Manager for our Bloemfontein Branch. Duties & Responsibilities Duties will include but are not limited to - • Assisting Branch Manager in the day to day operations of the branch • Operate the branch alone when the Branch Manager is travelling or not present • Plan and schedule stock requirements through Head Office • Plan and schedule customer deliveries • Assist with walk in customers • Offer technical advice • Manage warehouse and logistical staff • Quotations • Follow up on quotations • Production of Head Office reports • Assist in the delivery of the branch budget • Open and close branch when required • Daily cash ups • Stock takes • Research of the market and territory • Handle all customer queries to completion • Ensure all the receiving and dispatch documents and warehouse cards are filled out correctly • Update customers on estimated lead times • Supervision of the receiving, picking, checking and the dispatching functions. Skills

• Ideally the successful candidate should have a minimum of 5 years solid sales experience • 3 years team management experience • Must be sales and budget driven • Industry related experience is advantageous Package & Remuneration A market related CTC package is on offer based on requisite skill and experience levels
